焗椰菜仔 Roasted Brussels sprouts
昨日在農夫市場買了一些椰菜仔(brussels sprouts),便學鬼佬用來roast,味道唔錯,只係二位大少唔喜歡那種味道。
材料:
椰菜仔 8 個
薯仔Yukon 3個
鹽少許
黑胡椒少許
Basil少許
Parsley少許
油少許
做法:
椰菜仔開邊
薯仔切片
將所有材料混合,放入400F焗爐內焗20分鐘
